Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard depending on your location. Shipping times average 1-7 business days. Most orders over $150 ship FREE in Canada. Select furniture, such as beds, ship at a flat rate curbside to most provinces. Please contact us for a quote if shipping is not available for your area at checkout.
International
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will ship USPS or UPS Standard depending on your location. Shipping times average 5-10 business days. Shipping costs do not include any additional import fees such as customs, duties, or taxes calculated by the receiving country.
Preorders
We are happy to allow you to order items while awaiting arrival or restocks. Please note that the expected arrival date may vary and that if there are delays expected beyond these dates, we will contact you. Orders placed with preorder items will be held until complete before shipping. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.
